Deutschlandstipendium

Deutschlandstipendium

January 2019 - Berlin: The “Deutschlandstipendium” scholarship provides financial and non-material support to high-achieving and committed students from all over the world. COREDAS GmbH participates in the great idea.

We firmly believe that today's technical and social challenges can only be solved through good education and advanced engineering methods.

Especially the need to develop more and more complex systems means bringing more young people from different disciplines to the engineering profession. Therefore, we donate a scholarship to a student from the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR) in the degree program "Business Engineering – Energy and Natural Resources".

Students from this course have a good basic engineering knowledge and at the same time a broad knowledge of renewable energy or electromobility. A master's student from this program completes an in-depth system engineering internship in our team in Berlin and learns to combine the learned scientific findings with our methods to develop modern technical systems in the automotive industry and energy storage technology.

TÜV BMS Conference in Shanghai

TÜV BMS Conference Shanghai

November 2018 - Shanghai China: Alexander Schüßler, founder of the COREDAS GmbH spoke at the BMS conference in Shanghai about "Managing the complexity of distributed battery management systems (a requirements and architecture driven approach)".

The conference was organized by TÜV China to share best practices and lesson learned from 10 years of BMS development in Europe with Chinese customers and interested engineers.

For some 100 interested listeners the requirements-engineering method was introduced which the COREDAS team has applied in different projects. The main points of the presentation were:

- Project Management: How to organize a distributed team via clear specification structure

- Divide and Conquer: How to create a functional Requirements-Architecture

- Requirements Quality: How to ensure consistent high-quality requirements

- Functional Safety: How to ensure to master the ISO-26262 safety audit

If you are interested in the presentation, we are happy to organize an online presentation for you. Feel free to give us a call!
